"Want to like this place but when I discreetly asked if any margarine or butter blend is used because of a severe allergy , the counter staff swears real butter is used on the bagels. I offered to pay any applicable up charge if two options were offered. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely the opposite. Greasy film coating my mouth and a swollen tongue. Text book restaurant depot style buttery blend product or their supplier is mislabeling the “pure butter”. I want nothing but success for a new business but I am disappointed by this experience."
