"I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The woman working there was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I needed help, even as she attentively assisted other customers who came in after me. When I finally approached to order, she gave me an attitude, which was uncalled for. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this, as better customer service is definitely needed."
