"Roly Poly Bakery is a great Polish grocery store and bakery. They even have a hot food deli counter where you can get really great Polish food to go. Their pierogis and stuffed cabbage are especially delicious. Highly recommend!"

But he bakery is to die for and I always love getting cured meats and pickles. I haven't tried their hot food yet, but I love all their cold prepared foods. Reminds me of my Polish auntie."

There was no greeting, no smile, and no attempt at customer service—just an unwelcoming atmosphere that made me feel uncomfortable from the start. As a customer, that first interaction matters, and this one spoke volumes. Because of how uninviting the environment felt, I chose not to spend my money there and instead went to a nearby Spanish-owned business, where I was met with warmth, respect, and genuine customer service. The difference was night and day. I believe businesses should be spaces where all customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and it’s something potential customers deserve to know before deciding to visit."
