"I have been a regular customer for over a year, buying the same products week after week. I got a defective item and immediately tried to exchange. I was told I could buy another for half price. Why should I have to buy the same product when it wasn’t to its quality?? I recall a previous incident were I had the same issue at the same store and was gladly exchanged by a different cashier (the owner I’m assuming). They lost a customer as of today and will be telling others about this ridiculous policy."
