"Such an incredible coffee place! Excellent coffee. I had the cinnamon crunch toast latte. The server is kind and friendly! The ambience is great if you are looking to work out of here. They have an excellent playlist and it’s not disturbing at all. And more importantly, they have great wifi at no extra cost! The restroom is clean. They use hand towels instead of paper towels so kudos on this sustainable practice! Loved the place and would love to visit again! My only suggestion would be to have a water pitcher clearly visible."
"The vibe in here was interesting; almost humid and sticky. The music was very loud and it was hard to have conversation. There is a big menu but the text is very small on the physical copy so it is a bit hard to read. I originally hoped to get a matcha but the employee informed us they were out so I resorted to a black sugar milk tea which was quite sweet but I enjoyed it. My biggest issue were the prices, which were ludicrous. I paid $8 for a simple milk tea which was insane. I will not return but at least the drink was enjoyable."
"The best coffee I’ve ever had. This coffee shop is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing! You can tell the owner is passionate about her business. She is friendly and made us feel welcome while traveling out of state. You can also ask them to surprise you with a flavor, which we did twice and they were delicious. We literally stayed in New Haven for an extra day just to get this coffee again in the morning."
"The best cafe in New Haven, CT in my opinion. Everyone is so nice, especially Emerald. She has such a vibrant energy that keeps drawing me right back to the café. The food and drinks are amazing. The atmosphere gives NYC with London café energy and vibes. I go for the food and drinks, but I keep wanting to come back because of the atmosphere.
