"I ordered a vegan birthday cake for my husband, and the quality was so poor. His name was misspelled, but more importantly, the edges were completely burnt and hard. The cake literally crunched when we cut into it :( The video shows me tapping on the sides - it was hard as a brick. When I called to see what they could do to resolve this, her first response was to say they don't do refunds. She then offered me credit, which I declined because we won't be going back there. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for baked goods. Edit to add - not sure why they said I hung up; I politely said "thank you for your time, bye-bye" at the end of the conversation. It's definitely okay to be upset/embarrassed about a bad review, but the dishonesty is really disappointing :/"
