"The best Cobb Salad in Downtown New Haven! #10 Sandwich is Amazing! I have gone about 5 times and today they got the bread wrong. They are busy and we all make mistakes but how we deal with our mistakes defines us. I called and talked to a nice lady who sounded like she was actually sad that my order was wrong and offered to have me talk to the manager without me asking. The manager came on the line and took my information off the receipt and asked if I could go back and they would make a brand new sandwich. I said I have a limited time that I am allowed to eat lunch and she said it was their mistake and offered to take my address and have one couriered to my work address. I was floored! This speaks volumes to their commitment to their customers. Mercedes Benz, American Express and now Zoi's. I posted their menu in my break room and told everyone in my office of such wonderful care and commitment to customer satisfaction. 5 star outstanding. The food is also 5 star outstanding."

"Zoi’s is truly one of those places you can’t go wrong with—everything on the menu is consistently delicious. I’m not from New Haven, but I gladly drive a half hour just to enjoy their food, and it’s always worth the trip. Every visit has been great; I’ve never had a disappointing experience. The service is fast, friendly, and welcoming, and the staff always make you feel taken care of. There are plenty of options to choose from, whether you’re craving something classic or trying something new. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot to sit and enjoy your meal. Overall, zoi’s is absolutely worth visiting. Great food, great people, and great atmosphere—highly recommend!"

"I have worked across the street from Zois for a few years now, and I always have either breakfast or lunch there at least once a week...I would go more often but then I would be broke and unable to fit through the door!! Everything I have had from there was excellent. The breakfast sandwiches are the best, always fresh and hot. I haven't tried the pancakes, but they look amazing...one of these days I will splurge! I usually get a #15 sandwich for lunch (crispy chicken cutlet, cheddar and honey mustard), and it never disappoints! The staff are super friendly and always on point. We also get lunch catered for our meetings from Zois, and it's just as good as stopping in for lunch. If you are in the area and are looking for a great breakfast/lunch spot, you must try Zois...you won't be disappointed!"

"One of if not my favorite place to grab breakfast/lunch from. I've never had a bad meal from here. The staff is always nice even when they're busy and when I order ahead its always ready pretty quick. I highly recommend this place to everyone and their grandma."
