"I always try to support small local businesses, and I genuinely appreciate the warm welcome I received at the counter during my first visit here. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made a great first impression. That said, I do believe there’s room for improvement. The coffee was decent, though not as hot as I would have liked. Unfortunately, the bagel was quite disappointing—it was dry and hadn’t been heated, despite my request. The amount of cream cheese was also surprisingly minimal. For the price, which is slightly above average, I expected a bit more attention to detail. I’d recommend giving this place a try, especially for the friendly service, but I hope they take more care with food preparation and listen closely to customer requests. With a few adjustments, this could easily become a favorite spot."
