"HBC in South Windsor is the cleanest and cutest location. It has so much indoor space to work and visit with friends and the drive through is an added plus! I’ve tried their breads, baked goods and coffee and everything was delicious (& fresh!). It’s great that they offering ordering for catering/holidays too. Lots of parking available, the friendliest staff. Certainly will stop here again when I’m in the area!"

"Absolutely love Hartford Baking Co.! Their matcha and coffee is fantastic. I had the eggwich sandwich and it was so good—fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the freshness in everything they make. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and Scott, the owner, is super friendly and clearly cares about creating a great experience for customers. Also, can we talk about how it’s one of the only bakery drive-thrus around? Total game changer when you’re on the go but still want something high quality. Easily one of my favorite local spots! And I love that there’s so much seating here. A lot of cafe style places don’t have much space so you feel rushed out. I love how open and spacious the layout is, perfect for spending time here to get some work done with a great breakfast sandwich & coffee!"

"First time I went. Very pleased. Went yesterday and there was some influencer event. The staff seemed only concerned about this ridiculous show and not their regular customers. I saw older people leaving due to lack of service. I got my sandwich and patiently waited for my drink. Finally after asking a few times, the gentleman making the drinks informed me my order was never put in. He kindly made me one but by then my sandwich was very cold. I never write these reviews. I typically like to want success for a business. But this was ridiculous. I sat there for a while and watched these influencers make fools of themselves. HBC do better. Take care of your town. Your people. I won’t be going back. Sadly. . . ."

"Went here for the first time for quick breakfast and coffee. Very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. Got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant which was delicious and a latte which was great as well. Also purchased a loaf of bread that I also enjoyed with a sandwich for lunch today. A little pricier than your average quick breakfast spot but you get what you pay for! I will be going back"
