"“Delight” must be short for Delightfully Rude and Completely Lacking in Hospitality‼️ I walked in with my tiny Bichon tucked at my side, thinking I’d grab a quick coffee and maybe a shred of warmth from a local shop. Instead, I was greeted by a woman behind the counter who launched her neck like a periscope and barked, “Excuse me, dogs aren’t allowed!” Not a hello, not a smile, just a full volume rejection before I could even reach the register. I calmly replied “Thank you” and turned around to leave, only to feel the searing gaze of other employees who had paused their donut-dusting duties to spectate my exit like it was the halftime show. Let me be clear: 🐾 My Bichon wasn’t roaming or shedding or jumping on counters. ☕ I was planning to PAY for coffee, not ask for a free sample of dignity. 🙄 And if you’re going to enforce a policy, maybe do it with an ounce of professionalism not like I just trespassed into the royal pastry vault. It’s 2025. People take their pets to Nordstrom and get treated better than I did at this sugar-saturated ego trap. If you’re looking for actual delight, I suggest walking right past this place and treating yourself somewhere that serves coffee and kindness. You can’t sprinkle powdered sugar over bad energy and call it customer service."

"The service lady / cashier at the summer street location, name is Mayra, is the best worker there, competent and makes sure the order gets done right. I've had nothing but problems with the other people that work there, she is the only one that gets my orders correct. I think the manager is very lax at this location, otherwise I love the coffee and donuts."

"I hate getting coffee, let alone ice coffee; BUT after trying them ONCE I was addicted! The staff is very friendly and are always smiling when you walk in. I drive from Hartford County to get coffee from here and it’s worth it everytime. I tried the Norwalk location, but that did not feel the same as the Stamford location. If you’re in the area, do yourself a service and check them out!"
