"I’m not big on leaving reviews but I had to for third place. I came in on Friday to try the cereal milk latte. The barista said he was out of milk but offered me and my friend a different drink to try, peppermint mocha and pistachio mocha. Probably one of the best mocha drinks I’ve had (and I’m a very big coffee drinker). He also recommended we get cold foam with the drinks and he did not disappoint. We came back again on Saturday, which was when he said the cereal milk would be ready. So freaking good. Besides the coffee, the atmosphere of third place is like non other. A lot of natural light and an abundance of space. Music choice was also great. The couches in the front are to die for, almost fell asleep on them. I also did see some biscoff lying around the counter. Really hoping this is a new drink they’re bringing out because I LOVE biscoff. Definitely will be coming back on Tuesday to work from home. 11/10 coffee and 11/10 service. Shoutout Tseten"

"This place RULES! The decor and vibe are on point - straight up modern chic done just right. Think urban brick, wood, industrial metal chic. Nicolette is very friendly and a great conversationalist who loves talking about the beers and is very knowledgeable. The beers are absolutely stellar. We did two IPA flights and they all had their own unique deliciosity. The bar stools are actually comfy (rare for me cuz I have a bony bottom). They also have live music, are family friendly, and have clean chic bathrooms!"

"I'm an out of towner that was in the area for business and was looking for a good breakfast spot by the Amtrak station that still did coffee and breakfast at noon. I entered the business at 12:22pm and was almost immediately met with a line of around 3-4 people ahead of me. After waiting for 5 minutes, I think the line only moved up one person. I didn't get to place my order until 12:34pm. Upon watching the staff, I realized it's because the individual working the register was also the same person making everyone's drink orders as they ordered them. So if someone ordered 2-3 drinks, then the next person in line had to wait for them to finish making them before their order can be taken. There was another individual working the beer counter, and I wonder if they could have been asked to make some of the drinks to hurry the line forward. Regardless, I had ordered an espresso drink and a breakfast sandwich. Coffee was delicious, sandwich was provided at 12:41. So it took 19 minutes from the minute I walked in from the moment I had everything I ordered. I had to take my order to go because the added wait time to even place my order left me with no time to sit and enjoy my food without risk of missing my train (train station is a 10 minute walk and at this point my train was scheduled to depart in 20 minutes). While I love the ambience and get that this is definitely one of those local spots where everyone knows your name, I think waiting 20 minutes to get a coffee and sandwich is not ok, and that there should be a better service method than having the same person who runs the register to also make all the drinks."

"I would 100% percent recommend using third place for any kind of event. Our company had a large work event (100-150 people), I reached out on Monday and the event was fully booked, menu completed, layout confirmed by Thursday. Sennett Cooke, their Event Coordinator, was AMAZING. She was a joy to work with, was so accommodating to all of our needs, very communicative, and was able to secure a custom menu for our Oktoberfest themed event within 3 days. We went through their caterer for the event, Bell Hill Dining, and they did such an amazing job. They went above an beyond to be onsite for the event and cook many of menu items fresh, then and their. We used their "Barrel Room", and had such great service. The bar tenders assisting during the event, Sam, Grady, Nicole, and Alfred were so nice and great to work with. Unbelievably great staff overall to work with. All of the bar tenders were so knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. As the point person at my company who coordinated the event, I can confidently say we will be using Third Place again in the future. I have never written a google review before, but they were so great that I felt the need to do it for the first time :)"

"Oh, I WISH I was a local!!! We came on a week day for a flight and a bite. Sandwiches were EXCELLENT and made to order. Beer flight was exceptional. Highly recommend the Coffee Blonde and their Holiday seasonals. Also a must, the Veterans Day IPA where the dollare of every pint is donated to Soldiers Angels. Cute cocktail/mocktail menu available. Jealous of the "work from home" crowd that have taken advantage of the chill vibes of this accommodating venue. This is the place!"
