"I would just like to say how incredibly impressed I was with my first 7 brew experience. There are some hard working kids there that genuinely seemed to enjoy their work! But notably I would like to point out one worker, Olivia Jenkins I believe was her name. She was extremely nice and when I was unsure what to get she helped list out all of the options for me. She made it very easy for me when I was overwhelmed by the menu! I will definitely be going back if she is working there and she definitely deserves a raise! Great coffee too!"

"Tried it while it was still new.. there were so many people around promoting the shop. It was a fun vibe. Drive through was quick,I did like my drink. Forgot to mention low on ice. They also gave a free tshirt with a large coffee which was cool. Let’s hope it stays the same."

"I ordered my usual medium iced latte (half almond, half white chocolate, oat milk). It wasn’t made right, so I had it remade. I tasted it at the window and it still didn’t taste how it normally does. I politely asked if a little more almond could be added. The employee responded in a very condescending way and said she couldn’t add more because of “cross contamination.” I understood that and then asked if I could just get a tiny amount of almond syrup on the side so I could add it myself. This has been done for me before. She flat out refused and said I’d have to pay for a whole new drink. She then told me I was holding up the line and basically said my only option was to take the drink as is. She was extremely loud and even the other workers felt uncomfortable. Why would I pay for a whole new drink when I already did??? She said she'd call the manager but knows that the manager will say that the customer can absolutely not get more syrup and I said no worries u can call her, she never did. The attitude was rude and dismissive the entire time, and this isn’t the first time this particular employee has spoken to me like that. I wasn’t asking for a free drink — just a small amount of syrup to fix a drink I already paid for. I ended up asking for a refund. I also tried calling the store afterward and no one answered. I go to 7 Brew almost every day, so this was especially frustrating. Policies are one thing, but there’s no reason to treat customers this way."
