"Horrible customer service. Myself, my wife and 2 kids were all there Thursday December 4, 2025 and the service we received at check out was horrible. My daughter had an empty cup and the cashier said “ I can let it slide this time, next time I am going to have to charge”. Charging for an empty cup is absolutely bullshit. Either re-train your employees or we will be taking our business elsewhere. We never had that kind of experience at any of the other Cumberland Farms. Get your damn priorities straight. You are not losing sales over a stupid empty cup."

"Terrible experience here. Came at 8am on september 12th, 2025 to get something to eat quick after work. Decided I was gonna get a muffin and a brownie, then noticed a tuna sandwich so I brought those items to the counter. As she was ringing up the tuna, which by the way has a sign right in front of it saying tuna $3.99. It rang up 4.19. The lady at the counter was on here phone to begin with and was rude. I asked her if it was suppost to be $3.99 and her response was it's ringing $4.19 then stood there staring st me instead of getting the price check like she should have. This place needs retraining. I left without the tuna sandwich and will be calling coprate later. Not checking price tags on the phone and not caring. Poor staff"

"I went in Wednesday night around 9:15 for gas. I walked in with a kind attitude mind you. There apparently being two registers, there was a line at the left one but not on the right one. So seeing that I went to the right side register. The customer I stood behind got rang up and I was next so I went to hand the woman behind the counter a 20 for my pump and then a customer rudely said “don’t you see there’s a line” and then the woman behind the counter with all the piercings and dyed hair said “yea apparently there’s a line” in a very rude tone. So I went to the back respectfully. The next guy in front of me forgot some change in his car and ran out so I asked the woman again can I put 20 on my pump since I was next in line and thought she’d cater to me real quick while this man went to his car and she very rudely said “don’t you see I’m busy?” That being said, I am very disappointed with how I was treated compared to everyone else. I walked out without paying for my gas and went to a different gas station. I’d rate 0 stars in customer service."

"Great service terrible quality. If you like food that's been left on a hot plate cooking for 3+ hours then this is the place for you!! I regret shopping here every time I enter the barely working doors. Your employees are great, and kind and working hard. You management are the problem and solution."

"I had foot surgery in Farmington and on the way home we stopped at Cumberland Farms in Vernon on Hartford Pike. Mary was there immediately to be sure I was ok and that my husband could go in with me. She was so attentive, professional and kind. This is the customer service I thought was not a thing anymore. Thank you for restoring my faith in Cumberland Farms and humanity!"
