"Absolutely lovely establishment! My husband and I have our 10-year wedding anniversary today, and we happened to stumble upon this cute cafe on their 2nd day of being open! The atmosphere is cozy and unique, and the coffee my husband and I got is fantastic! We also got their Nero Breakfast Sandwhich, and it was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend giving this little spot a try!"

"Residing in Glastonbury, have to be in the West Hartford vicinity some days…I started coming here about a month ago. First few times, excellent food and service! However recent visits, unfortunately I can’t say the same. On two separate times the same person that took my order , got it wrong as I received the wrong food order. The waitress was not very pleasant as well. The second time this happened I just had to take the food back. She did apologized, and the right order was delivered to my table from a more friendly waitress. However food quality was not good. Maybe just a hit or miss… but I would just double check food and drink orders next time, or get a receipt to make sure order is right. Hopefully food order is better next time."

"Never thought I'd find such a great place after the spot café closed in Blue Back Square. Caffe Nero has it all: fabulous staff always welcoming and make perfect coffee. Lovely atmosphere and great music tracks. Special shout out to Jackson the regional manager and his generous spirit and coffee advice. He promised they'd improve the heating and hang mirrors that I can see in the bathrooms. Please provide some GF cookies and I'd be in heaven . Luv U all!"

"Caffé Nero in West Hartford Center is a gem of a spot with plenty of street-side parking along with an entire public parking lot behind the building at their rear entrance (enter from Farmington Ave or LaSalle Rd), making it super convenient to stop in anytime. And if you don't find parking in the back lot, there is an entire parking garage adjacent to the public parking lot, making a short walk to Caffé Nero. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, perfect for sipping a latte while reading or catching up with friends. The staff is always welcoming and the coffee is top-notch. Whether you’re looking for a place to get some work done or just relax, Caffé Nero has a little something for everyone. I have been going there daily since they opened and have not been disappointed once - from the eggs benedict, to the hummus veggie wrap, to the apple cider donuts, to the lattes - everything has been delicious and at great price. No need to go anywhere else!"
