"One and done!! Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Whoever the male is working behind the register, young 20's, dirty blonde hair seriously needs to find a new job!! Showing up to a job of hospitality with that type of attitude and behavior towards customers is unacceptable! I'd consider hiring some people who actually want to be there or you will be closing your doors in no time. There are plenty of other places nearby to grab an overpriced tea and pastry, but at least their staff isn't miserable. Good luck."

"One of the most infuriating experiences I ever had. Food was tasteless and expensive. There was no passion, no heart and as I said before, no taste. For me is unbelievable that for such expensive place, they would not bother delivering a decent culinary experience. My chicken sandwich was basically 80% bread, 10% chicken 5%cheese and 5%other things. The place is nicely decorated, but is so noisy that I left the place stressed and with a ringing sound in my ears. Save your money, you are way better buying a roll and ham and cheese in Stop and Shop for $5."
