"My 6-3-1 year olds love this place and play so peacefully with all the kids they meet here. I truly think the layout and coordinated color scheme improves everyones mood! With parents/care-givers periodically (or constantly) coming in and out of their play, its like built-in daycare, making for a productive time catching up on emails, etc. The staff were extremely kind and genuinely caring towards everyone. It's cute that at the end if the day, all the families participate in "clean-up time" putting the toys away. We appreciate reinforcing the same rules of home everywhere we play! We were there yesterdayand will be back with a family membership pack."

"I had a really disappointing experience at Totsy Turvy in Wilton, CT. The woman working there when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon was extremely rude to me over the fact that my child had a small cough. If you’re running a business specifically for kids — especially during a season when little ones are constantly coughing, sneezing, or just not 100% — basic understanding and courtesy should be the bare minimum. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and honestly, if you can’t handle normal kid behavior, maybe consider a different line of work. I won’t be returning."
