In between U.S. Representatives' offices is a third wave, local coffee shop with a small bar with four seats, exposed brick, and a noteworthy menu. The staff are friendly and know how to create an experience. If lattes are your thing, they have seasonal ones. If you love pour overs, they have a book full of ones, including a few funky ones with melon and other interesting flavors. Yes, many staffers frequent this shop, but anyone can go through security and get a good cup of coffee."
