What People Are Saying
from Google"Incredible missed opportunity got me back to reviewing things after half a decade. Gorgeous remodeled corner space sells bag of chips, stale pastries and coffee drinks from an automatic machine. Don’t be fooled by the “local guide” five star reviews. There is a Tatte a block away that runs circles around this."
"Absolutely unacceptable experience. Their machines were not working, yet they made me wait 20 minutes without any clear explanation, even though I clearly stated I only had a 30-minute break. When a manager finally came over, his response was dismissive and completely unprofessional. He simply said the machines were down, offered no solution, no apology, and no compensation, and even said “that’s not my problem.” What made this even worse was that customers who arrived after me were treated the same way—they were also forced to wait, became visibly upset, and left frustrated. This shows it wasn’t an isolated issue, but a complete failure in how the situation was handled. A total lack of customer service, accountability, and respect for people’s time. I will never return and strongly do not recommend this place to anyone."
"Bougie overpriced “concept” obviously existing merely for their rich hotel guests but open to the public. $30 bottled cocktails, $15 wagu jerky, etc. Sucks because an actual bodega type convenience store would be a welcome addition to the area."
"What a shame! it’s located on the new beautiful hotel building, but they serve stale coffee beans instead of plenty of local roaster coffee beans options…. Plus their expresso machine is so low quality and ruining the whole experience of cafe!"
"Don’t be fooled by the name. This is nothing like a bodega"
