"This is a really cool concept for cafe lovers and Venture X card holders. The middle floor features a cafe. All of the other floors are great to do some work and people watch. My favorite floor was the top floor where you can even rent a room. The location was really clean and the seats were really comfy. I enjoyed my strawberry matcha drink and the fruit danish. If you present your Venture X card you do get half off food and drink. Definitely a great deal considering the prices in the area. The wait times can be long so do expect a wait on the weekends."

"FDIC insured bank + coffee cafe + communal spaces! 5-stars just for this brilliant concept. What other bank has this setup?! THE MOST BRILLIANT banking service artifact is the cashier's check request kiosk. It feels like Capital One bank the only bank that offers a kiosk while all other competition banks require you to get in line as if this is some process or service that can never be automated. The three floors of communal spaces offered by Capital One for I'm guessing financial education and just community sharing in the middle of Georgetown ...... a concept few and far especially in highly sought after square footage in Georgetown ..... and just a brilliant space to take a break from the busy tourist walkways. This is an awesome service find and awesome space."

"This café is new, modern, and has such a fresh vibe. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean everything was—especially the restroom downstairs. It’s clear they take hygiene seriously, as someone was constantly cleaning and tidying up. It’s rare to find a place that looks good and feels good too. Definitely a spot I’d come back to, not just for the coffee, but also for the comfortable, well-kept environment."
