from Google & Yelp"Got the London Fog which was really awesome. I work at a Tea shop myself and this was something I haven’t tried before and honestly this was such a nice drink. The ambience of the shop was really nice and they had a good variety of pastries. Barista was chill though a bit intimidating but it was no big deal. Very patient and makes great drinks! Lots of outdoor seating and a bit of seating inside. I do also appreciate the fact that they had wifi! Overall, great place which obviously has a lot of regulars. Would’ve loved to stay longer wish this spot would have later closing times!"
"This is a really cute cozy coffee shop. The lattes are well made, they have house made syrups, the pastries are good and the coffee cake is perfect and not over sweet. The gal who gave us our drinks was nice. There is a little bit of seating indoors, but most of it is outside. We got two drip coffees (one with cardamom added) and I got a cardamom orange latte. It was all delicious. We also got coffee cake. Highly recommend."
"Wanted to try this cafe on my trip to visiting my sister and happy we did! Loved their in-house pop tart, it was super yummy and their quiche was filling. Liked how they had a bunch of pastries and different versions of quiches to pick from. The inside it small and there isn't too much seating, but they do have outdoor seating with umbrellas and we decided to sit out there despite it being on the chillier side. Good cold brew, wish I was able to try some of their specials, but at the time they were reorganizing the sign so I didn't see it up when ordering. Very popular as a lot of people were coming in and out on a Sunday!!"
"Excellent lattes and excellent service! I got the carrot cake iced latte and the monkey bread on barista recommendation and both were delicious! The barista was patient and kind and the latte was tasty and not too sweet. Can’t wait to try their other specialty lattes! The monkey bread was also great."
"This is a love letter to Childhood Cafe, the team of incredible employees and the delicious treats they make. Having a local coffee shop where the baristas recognize you and even remember your name is a rare cliche, but to go to Childhood Cafe is to experience that feeling of being a local. Tucked away on a side street, this cafe lends the if you know you know sentiment. Inside you’ll find a bustling shop with happy smiling baristas pulling shots and pouring drinks, and Chefs concentrating on creating magic in the bakery. The menu includes all of the classic coffee staples, along with the most creative seasonal menu. The special combinations of beverages will be sure to entice you to try. The uncommon flavors and recipes follow through to the pastry’s that too have the classics but are lined with several flavors of homemade pop tarts, scones, muffins and more. If you’re ever strolling through the neighborhood be sure to stop in and try a fabulous espresso, matcha, or tea beverage, paired with a decadent treat. I’ve sampled nearly everything on the menu, for research purposes of course! You cannot go wrong with any choice you make. Enjoy your selection at their indoor seating, patio out front, or on the go! Cheers love!"
