"I’ve been here twice. The first time was great — everything went smoothly and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, my second visit today was disappointing. The person who served me clearly didn’t want to be there and spoke to me in a condescending tone. When my coffee was ready, I practically had to lean over the counter to grab it myself, as the person in the orange cap and glasses didn’t seem interested in making the slightest effort to hand it to me. It’s incredible how just one person can make you not want to come back to a place. That being said, the other staff members have been very kind, the place is clean, and the coffee is good."
