They work hard to quickly fill each order , and they are popular with the locals! Staff was very helpful and friendly, assisting me with my selection and describing the flavors and most popular selections. I also appreciate when they make personal suggested modifications. I will definitely return when I'm back in DC. I highly recommend this local favorite with much flavor, and a healthy meal alternative. Parking may be difficult and limited, so either bring a friend to circle the block and pick you back up while you order, order ahead, get ride assistance, or be patient for a nearby parking opportunity."

"This is great hidden gem in the Navy Yard neighborhood. The people running the store are very nice, and the sandwiches are super solid. Everything is made fresh to-order, and they have a good selection of sandwich types to choose from, as well as chips, drinks, etc. Also appreciate how fast they are - I’m not sure I’ve ever waited longer than 3-4 minutes. Overall a really solid spot that should definitely be in your lunch rotation."
