"Sadly, it doesn't matter how good the coffe beans can be if the barista doesn't what she's doing. My partner bought a "cortado" but the barista prepared a latte. Not a big deal. The issue was that the extraction was terribly wrong. No spread, no tamper. Hence, no foam. It was like a coffee tea. The milk wasn't good either. On top of that, the sandwich they had on display for consumers was full of mold. We communicated that to the person in charge and did nothing. She left that there. Please if you go, check your food is not spoiled."
