What People Are Saying
from Google"Once you step in, you will be greeted with a smile from the fantastic staff. You will find so many options to satisfy your sweet tooth. I had an Americano and a cinnamon roll, which was recommended by the gentleman working there; it was fresh and perfect. The price was excellent compared to other cafes."
"Excellent place to grab coffee in the morning if you are in the DuPont Circle area. The Danish pastries are a must .Not too sweet but delicious Overall the behavior of the staffs are extremely welcoming. We stayed in the area for 7 days and got our morning coffe and party for snacks pretty much every day."
"Good place to grab a quick snack. I didn't try the coffee but the cookie I had was great (oatmeal raisin). Service was quick, I didn't have to wait in line. Not a lot of interior seating but there are tables outside."
"Reviewing a breakfast sandwich may seem a bit ridiculous but DCC really nailed it. Rarely do you come across a croissant sandwich of any sort that properly maintains a crispy crust. Even after walking it back to my hotel (10-15 minutes) the crisp factor endured"
"A cute, employee-owned cafe with an awesome team and wide selection of pastries / espresso drinks. The inside of the cafe is just as energetic and bustling as the rest of the Dupont Circle neighborhood, so it can sometimes be a bit tough to find a seat, but it's a great place to hang out if you manage to snag a spot. They don't have Wifi, but they do have a few outlets scattered about. Everything is super affordably priced, especially for DC, but they were not my favorite. The latte wasn't nearly as creamy or smooth as I would prefer, although the espresso was quite strong -- I was absolutely buzzing at the end. The pastries are a bit too dry and overly sweet (for the sweet ones) / salty (for the savory ones), but I appreciated that the team warmed everything up."
