"Amanda and Asia give the best customer service! They are always bright and welcoming. I love the cold brew and yogurt parfait personally. Will definitely return even when I'm not staying at the hotel. The outdoor seating is lovely, especially on a sunny day."

"Recently stayed at the generator and had a pleasant stay. Audrey at the cafe greeted me while I ordered breakfast. She is such a kind person and very welcoming. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Asia who also works at the cafe. Her attitude is great and she too was extremely helpful. The cafe is staffed with amazing employees. The food was amazing and the seating outside and inside is very comfortable. Highly recommend anyone who stays here to check out the cafe at least once."

"This cafe is run by some of the grumpiest people in DC. I don’t blame them, service job are tough especially when you’re dealing with clueless European tourists but still the contempt the employees have for their customers is palpable, a seething hatred. They seem to get some catharsis through punishing customers with a 16 dollar egg sandwich, a small victory as they plod through the Sisyphean task of continually producing lates. But guess what if you stay at the hotel that houses this cafe you’re trapped. There is a not much around. But it’s worth going down the street for a coffee to avoid this place."
