What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I ordered the Yuzu Peach Matcha, and it was so delicious! I’m officially obsessed. It was sweet but not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and super refreshing. I ordered it as is and didn’t need to make any modifications, which was such a nice surprise. Ughhh, so good. I’ll definitely be back for more!"
"Came to the dc for a day trip wanted to try new coffee shop. A caramel macchiato extra hot really good and the ham and cheese croissant."
"Vegan burrito is very good and filling. I couldn’t finish it! Rare vegan breakfast."
"Coffee is what they are best at, maybe don't bother with the sandwiches. On my first day in DC I decided a quick and smaller breakfast would be the best option, so I found this place nearby called Gregorys Coffee, which seemed like exactly what I was looking for. The place itself seems to be billing as a more homegrown or local type of Starbucks, and judging from the food that is exactly what it is. The coffee is the selling point, though even then I'm a decaf drinker so that takes away half the point of even enjoying a good flavorful coffee as they only have one option of decaf. (makes sense given how unpopular decaf is) However the deluxe croissant sandwich and blueberry muffin were about as enjoyable as the kind you'd find at Starbucks, they shove a premade thing in the microwave and serve it with a little flare. Upside is that the price point isn't as bad as Starbucks, as my total only came to a little over $17. Overall I'd only recommend Gregorys if you are looking for a nice cup of coffee as a good price, but maybe find someplace else for the breakfast menu."
"There is a small seating area inside as well as outside. They have plenty of bakes goods such as energy balls, brownies, cake balls and so much more. Their drinks range from hot/iced coffees to tropical refreshing fruity drinks! Their store was very clean and the staff very friendly and quick! Definitely would visit again"
"One of the few shops open on Sunday morning! They make a proper macchiato with a strong flavor and the holiday blend coffee is great. The cheddar jalapeno..."
