"Great experience here. The staff is awesome, very friendly. Guillermo is a sweetheart of a man and generously took care of a beer for me when I had to run out to help a friend I was waiting for with a flat tire. Once we got back we had the classique and bourguignon burgers and a side of fries as well as a couple of beers. Will definitely be back to try more of their food."

"We went to La Bonne Vache for lunch/brunch on Sunday, and the place was extremely busy. We sat at the bar, which turned out to be quite nice and comfortable. We started with the steak tartare, which was absolutely delicious. For our entrées, after reading all the great reviews, we ordered one burger and a Croque Madame burger. The burgers don’t come with sides, so we added an order of French fries, which was a generous portion and perfect for sharing. Both burgers were excellent. We also ordered a side of grilled bread to go with the tartare—there was a small $2 charge, but it was totally worth it. The staff were really friendly, and the overall atmosphere and restaurant setup made the experience even better. I highly recommend this spot, and we’ll definitely be back to try more dishes."

"Hesitated coming here because there always seem to be a long line here since they don’t take reservations. We weren’t disappointed. We had the escargot, steak tartare, and cheese puffs with a side of their version of cream cheese. My only complaint was not having enough bread to sop up the garlic sauce on the escargot. We also tried the croque madame, steak au poivre, and truffle Brie cheese burgers. All tasted great. Couldn’t really complain about the chocolate mousse and crème caramel for dessert. Very reasonable prices as well. It is very intimate space inside though."

"A friend brought me here and told me it was an amazing place—and she was absolutely right. Every part of the experience exceeded expectations. The food was incredible, the drinks were amazing (our waiter Nicole made fantastic recommendations), and the chocolate mousse that Guillermo suggested was to die for. Truly unforgettable. The restaurant itself is charming, intimate, and cozy, which made the experience even better. If you happen to see a line outside, don’t let it scare you away—it is 100% worth the wait. Outstanding service, delicious food, and genuinely wonderful people. I can’t wait to come back!"

"La Bonne Vache lived up to the hype! Pro tip: Go for a late lunch to snag a table right away since they are walk-in only. The Hot Spiced Pear cocktail is the perfect seasonal sip, and the mushroom tartine is a total standout. I ordered the Beef Roti and it was 10/10. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food. I’ll definitely be back soon!"
