They did make a small mistake on my order at first, but they fixed it quickly and handled it well. Great service overall."

"I really liked their kimchi burrito the first time I went. However, the second time I took my friend and we both ordered the kimchi burrito. We took it to go and when we went to eat, we saw that they gave us the wrong order (2 breakfast sandwiches). I contacted Prego Again via their form on their website asking for a refund or at least partial because it's a decent difference in pricing (burrito vs sandwich). They never responded hence the 1⭐️. I'm disappointed in their customer service."

"New favorite cafe/sandwich shop! The atmosphere here is really cozy and fun for working from home and also just spending time with friends. Loved the employees who worked there, very friendly and helpful when choosing what to eat/drink. This place is always clean and has a restroom as well, which is always a plus. The food is amazing. The breakfast sandwiches came with a salad which was so fresh and flavorful, now I’m super excited to try lunch next time I visit. ◡̈ 10/10 would recommend!!"
