"Me, my wife and son visited Primrose recently since we live in the neighbor. I haven’t been here in years and I was excited to go. The service was on point. Our waiter was attentive and mindful of the fact that brunch was ending soon from the time we arrived. I order the crispy potatoes and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches while my wife ordered the chicken and waffles. I enjoyed my sandwich and half salad. The bacon was thick cut which I was a fan of. As for the chicken and waffles it was sub-par. The chicken was overcooked as well as the waffle. My ideal type of waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This waffle was dense. The potato were fantastic. Look forward to trying more of their menu."

"Phenomenal all around. The staff were so friendly and helpful! One of our party has allergies and the staff were really helpful in determining which items she could have. The food was delicious! I had the gnocchi and I think it's the best I've ever had before-I ate it all before I remembered to take a picture. A couple pics of the delish small plates we had"

"REFUSAL to make any SUBSTITUTIONS OR ACCOMMODATIONS for FOOD ALLERGIES I went here for brunch and couldn’t eat a single thing on the menu, everything had dairy in some form: cheese, eggs, milk, butter. When I asked what I could eat, the waitress, Deborah G., stood at the far end of our long table and loudly announced that the only option was mushrooms. She didn’t come over to speak with me directly, instead yelling across the table and making the situation unnecessarily embarrassing. She eventually told me to “just order sides,” so I ended up with a side salad that was literally a plate of leaves with oil and a bowl of plain potatoes. That cost me $19 before tax, a 5% service charge, and tip. If you have any dietary restrictions, don’t expect empathy, flexibility, or basic courtesy here."

"Went for dinner on a Saturday night. Made reservations and knew we’d be late and called it in and they were very accommodating. The atmosphere was fantastic - cute & cozy. The food was filling - I had the burger, which I normally never order, but the cheese-onion-pickle pairings were super tasty! The orange vino verde was amazing and we had their last bottle. But Sebastian provided a next best wine option with what we wanted. Would recommend and would definitely go back!"
