The barista took the time to walk me through the menu, explained the flavor profiles, and even offered to customize my drink based on what I was in the mood for. She said if I didn’t love it, she’d remake it—how often do you hear that? I ended up trying the shaken espresso with yuzu, and wow—such a refreshing, unique twist. Bright, citrusy, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything I’ve had before. You can tell they really care about both the craft and the customer experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something beyond your usual coffee routine. I’ll definitely be back!"
