"I’ve been here since Covid 2020 but never have left a review. I went today to visit the old neighborhood of Adams Morgan and my childhood home. I stopped by for a cup of tea before going home. I was going through a personal crisis and tried to remain calm. The staff welcomed me, attended to me to let me be, and made sure I was safe. I’m so happy that in my moment of weakness the staff made me feel safe. The tea I drank which was a mint, aided me. As I write this I’m beyond grateful and can’t repay the generous support the wait staff gave me. We all go through something. Sometimes a waiter is always there to help or go above and beyond. "The best syrup!! My husband brought me here on our trip to DC. He spoke highly of this spot and it didnt disappoint. I had the French toast and fried chicken. The chicken was cooked excellent and tasted great. The French toast was delicious. Our server Jocylene was wonderful, attentive and sweet as can be."
