"Trying out a new spot to go lock in mode with a cup of coffee and a change of scenery. Wouldn’t try it again :/ First, want to shout out to the barista, I know they use automated machines, but he just seemed like a genuinely nice friendly guy!! The space itself is physically ideal for posting up to work- plenty of space, plenty of outlets, clean and non cluttered for focusing.. that’s where the pluses stop though The security team was suuuuuper chatty and was talking loudly around people clearly trying to work on their laptops. I was seeing a lot of side eyes. They were yelling for usb drives, etc, generally not conducive to a quiet workspace. The part that bugged me the most was I had found a perfect quiet window spot, away from where they were chatting, taken all my stuff out.. and one of the guys working comes over and starts hitting on the girl seated next to me and does nooot stop. I moved three times while working here to get to a place I could think."

"I came on a day where it was free coffee with a QR code--amazing! I was very happy. The place is super clean and the barista/cashier was nice enough. But it is the worst coffee I've probably ever had. I was glad it was free because it went right into the trash. I will remember that burnt and sour taste for a while. Such a shame because it really is a nice place."

"I knew Verve makes decent coffee and was looking for a break between museum stops. Saw that it was a Cap1 cafe and thought I’d take advantage of my Venture card. Unfortunately my card was lost and the new one was in the mail. And sadly Apple or Capitol1 do not allow you to use the virtual card with tap to pay. As I was navigating this with the person at the cash register, the manager in charge gave me the coffee on the house! Very kind and great service."

"Coffee and food were good, BUT was extremely slow and ot wasn't event crowded. Three drinks came out after 10 min wait. We were done with drinks and first sandwich came out 20 min after drinks and second sandwich 15 min after the first sandwich. All together almost 45 min wait for 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches. Not coming back"
