"Hands down best freshly roasted coffee in the region and among the best I’ve had in the country. (Much better than anything in Italy, where small batch roasters are very uncommon.) Guatemalan is my favorite but I’ve had several other varieties. And the bag is a full pound! So the price is exceptional given the quality."

"Not to be dramatic but… this is the BEST made cappuccino I’ve had in the USA. As you know, you ask for a cappuccino, and most people make you a latte and tell you to deal with it. Dyson, at this coffee shop took the time to master the art of a European cappuccino. He SCOOPED foam into my cup until it was full to the brim. I asked for dry, and it was absolutely perfect. I have to give credit where it’s due bc a good coffee in the morning can make your day complete. Thanks for your expertise!"
