"We’ve stayed at the property several times. We don’t gamble, but the room rate is hard to beat. Parking isn’t bad, and check in is straightforward. The rooms are well below resort quality, and more on the level of a midrange chain hotel. For a resort, the on-site amenities are not convenient. It’s faster to run out to Starbucks than walk through the casino looking for a cup in the morning. I generally avoid rating hotel beds because comfort is so subjective. That said, during our last stay both of us found the mattress to be awful. Saggy, could feel the coils, and generally on its last legs. Fair warning, there are no microwaves in rooms and the food on-site is expensive. On the positive side, there are options relatively close."

"I went to enjoy a night off from "reality" and was really looking forward to it. My first experience when I arrived at the hotel was a disgrace. I was informed that they didn't have valet parking when I saw empty parking spots marked valet parking only. So I was told that I would have to find a spot. Being a Saturday the place was very busy. I finally found a spot 2 parking lots away. As a handicap person with severe COPD this was not acceptable to me. By the time I was able to get back to the hotel I was having a very hard time breathing and felt horrible. After getting to my room it took hours and treatments to get my breathing back to normal. This was not the night I had envisioned. I realize I am only 1 person with 1 wallet but my money will be spent elsewhere. Do better Bally's or I won't be the only one to take my money elsewhere."

"I went there for dinner and a casino employee screamed at me while I was taking my 4 year old daughter to the bathroom, while I was waiting outside the stall she walked in screaming at me asking what I was doing in there, apparently it was closed (the only sign I saw was that they were open during renovations). She say there screaming at us until my daughter was done. She also screamed at another lady “GET OUT” as soon as she walked in.. there was absolutely no reason for her to scream at us like that she could have calmly said “this bathroom is actually closed right now” The restaurant however was amazing they had the Most incredible pastas and the nicest staff. I would absolutely eat there again however I will never be stepping foot in such a toxic environment where the employees scream at guests"

"There was a burn in the inside of the cabinet leading to the fridge, the drawers were damaged, the bed headboard was damaged, the wallpaper had cuts. The WiFi kept cutting out. Pool and hot tub closed. Gym run down. Casino looked nice. I asked for an extra hour to check out and was told that would be an extra $25 for each hour I wanted to stay later. I left at 11 AM to avoid the upcharge"

"Entertainment on NYE Mike Hines was terrible. Not what we expected. We paid a lot of money. Doors opened at 9:30 by 10 the doors were open to everyone and anyone, how is that far to those of us that spent money for a NYE party. We were looking forward to this event and we are disappointed. Hotel was great, the Royal Prime steakhouse was amazing. Sad about the entertainment. It’s 10:30 and we are in our room. We were hoping this may be a NYE tradition."
