"Anytime that I leave a review, I always preface it by saying that it is meant to help the owners and operation of the business. I just called this particular store to see if they had a particular item before going to the actual store. I made sure to call an hour after they opened and they didn’t pick up the phone, so I decided to call them in the next hour. When I did call them, a woman answered, but she answered with something like, “What do you want?” No greeting, no “hello”—just “What do you want?” I told her the item that I was looking for, and it seemed like she didn’t know about the items in the store and told me to come in to look. When I told her that I would come in, She just answered, “Mm hmm, okay” and hung up. I had another follow-up question for her. If a customer is calling about items in your store, I believe it is important to know your inventory and be willing to help your customers out. Some of us are coming from a longer distance to get to your store, so this would be helpful if those that are answering the phone would help their customers over the phone. Also, please do not hang up on your customers. This is rude and bad for business. Again, I say this to help your business going forward and not to be rude. Thank you for your time."
"I love coming to this store never had a bad deal. They have everything and more than what I needed. Yall keep up the good work."
"Bad customer service after going there 3 time each time the dark skin lady is rude the man is rude. I will only go there if I can't find something in another Haitian Market. Haitian business owners have the tendency to treat their CUSTOMER AS IF THE CUSTOMER NEED THEM BUT THEY FORGET IF NO CUSTOMER NO BUSINESS. advice get CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS."
"This was my first time patronizing this establishment and definitely will be my last , I walked in I spoke to the lady in the front brown skin with plaits and she act like she didn’t want to speak her customer service was subpar almost felt like I was annoying her, business fail to realize with no customers you have no business treat your customers like they matter and not like a number"
