"From start to finish, our visit to the Dover Hangry Joe’s was nothing short of frustrating. 1. Terrible customer service. The staff made it very clear they didn’t want to be there—let alone talk to customers. Every interaction felt like we were bothering them just by ordering food. 2. Basic order mishandled. We ordered three loaded fries. My sister specifically said no cheese (she doesn’t eat dairy), and we asked for extra sauce. The lady at the counter didn’t give us the extra sauce until I had to repeat myself three times, just to get what we paid for. 3. Major mistake and no accountability. Despite being clear about the no-cheese request, they served my sister’s fries with cheese anyway. When I asked for a replacement, they made us wait an entire hour—meanwhile, the rest of our food got cold. Zero accountability. It’s like they don’t care at all. 4. Portion size is laughable. The “loaded fries” looked like they were made for a toddler. A few bites and you’re done. For the price, it’s an absolute rip-off. --- If you want a real Hangry Joe’s experience with great customer service, great food, and actual portions, GO TO THE ANNAPOLIS LOCATION at 2329B Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401. "OMG! My sandwich was off the chain delicious. My first visit went smooth and the food was so so so good, I didn’t even want to share with my hubby. My second visit, I wish I would’ve call in my order because it almost caused me to miss my Greyhound bus, I think they need more workers in the Dover Location. When I finally was able to eat my sandwich from that night, all was well. Please don’t ever foul up and change the recipe!!!! I wish, I had a photo to share, I ate to fast. 😄😄😄😄"

"Walked in, music, blaring, no employee to be found. Called out a few times and finally someone appeared. Got our order, headed to the car to munch while we drove. First bite of chicken, hair embedded in the seasoning and breading. Toss that one aside and attempted the others, bc we were ‘sat one,’ definitely nasty. Fries were soggy, nothing of quality to report. Definitely overpriced. Especially for the hair in the breading and seasoning in the chicken tender. No napkins, no silverware, no condiments, nothing. Definitely will not go back again. Disgusting"
