"when I order from Jersey Mike's, I order a regular cheesesteak on wheat bread, x meat, x cheese, light fried onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, and dill pickles. On Friday 8/8/2025 I called in my order and had them read it back to me. When I got there the worker was preparing it. I thought that I saw peppers on my sub. when I asked he told me no, when I got home and unwrapped it, the sub had green and red peppers on it that I told them that I did not want.This is the second time that I had to go through this with the Dover branch. The first time I caught it and had them remake it. On 8/9/2025 I will be returning the sub to either get my money back or have my sub remade. I could see if it was a mistake, but I get the same thing every time I go there. This is poor service! They should hire people who care about what the customer orders and not what the employee want to put on the order. Please address this issue because I am a paying customer and deserves proper service. I have pictures."

"food is almost as disappointing as the staff and the staff are in desperate need of new management and mandatory training. Honestly don’t get me wrong I love jersey mike’s but not the one in Dover.I walked into the store for the first time at 6pm and was completely ignored. No one took my order, yet they took other people’s orders ahead of me without even looking to see who was next. I will never come back again. The young girl Justine, along with another employee whose name I couldn’t catch, were extremely rude. During the morning and afternoon the service is tolerable, but once it hits around 7 PM, the attitudes change completely. After coming in from a long shift, the last thing anyone wants to deal with is disrespectful teenagers with no customer service skills. If you see a young Black African girl named Justine, stay away—she is incredibly unprofessional. And let’s not forget the hygiene issues: no glove changes, touching everything, not washing hands, and constantly touching their hair and face. It’s honestly disgusting. This will most likely be my last time coming here."

"We love the sandwiches from here. My only suggestion would be a better system for picking up orders. I have come in on several occasions and just stood at the register waiting for someone to acknowledge me and give me my order. I order and pay for my orders on the app, so it should be a quick process."

"I tried calling ahead to order 2 cheesesteaks like I do at the camden location often. When I called the dover location I was put on hold I stayed on the phone on hold for my entire 11 minute drive. Upon arrival there were 5 employees standing around the counter playing on their phones and only two people in the store that looked like they were almost done with their food. I asked why they put me on hold since they werent busy and they said they didnt even though I was still on hold on my phone and theirs. The food was lacking compared to the camden location overall bad experience I should have just left without getting food after being on hold. I won't come back."
