"Loved the banana split with great ice cream flavors. Honestly, it's probably the best I have had so far. It was more than unexpected size, so I could not finish it by myself. Had left over. I had wanted to get a banana split for a couple of weeks, but for some reason or another, I was striking out until I found Mommon's Ice Cream. This will be my only place to go to for ice cream while in town from now on."

"SUCHHH a hidden gem! Though there is certainly a vast assortment of great Hershey's Ice Cream flavors, what sets MomMom's apart are their incredibly indulgent and often unconventional homemade flavors (Coffee Oreo, Pretzel Salad, and Black Raspberry Peach to name a few). They cycle through these homemade flavors regularly and often create some fantastic seasonal options (even going so far as to source fruits from another local favorite, Fifer's Orchard), so you're bound to come across something new (or return to an old favorite) before you know it! I lived in Delaware for over three years, and MomMom's by far and away offered the best value for my dollar. Though I now live two hours away, I still make the occasional trip to Dover and always pack a cooler to bring some frozen pints back home! BONUS: Vegan options available, too!"

"Recently (as of today) me, my mother, and my two sisters entered the fine establishment of Mommoms Ice Cream. As we entered we were greeted with a smile from a nice female (slicked back ponytail, brunette hair, average height). We absolutely loved and enjoyed the small town charm. When greeted she told us about sampling and we were oh so filled with joy. Me and my family love to sample. We went to town searching for the perfect treats that suited our fancy. So many toppings to choose from. After ordering we could see into the cases and back which left us nice visuals to see the process. The ice cream came quick! We took a peep over into the store next door which was open into the ice cream shop. Me and my family loved the combinations we created and options we had. We loved this experience."

"Great local ice cream parlor. They have several home made ice creams and lots of Hershey flavors to choose from. My family and I just got ice cream cones but there are lots of concoctions which I will definitely try on another visit here. Generous portions and good prices. If you drive too fast you’ll miss it as it’s a small shop on a busy road in a residential area. Don’t miss this gem."
