"I hate that I have to leave this review about a local small business, but I feel it’s necessary after receiving my birthday cake on 12/28. First, I attempted to contact the business, but they are rarely open. My husband went in person weeks in advance to place the order, with a pickup date of Saturday, 12/28, which is my actual birthday. Thankfully, I didn’t plan a large party because I would have been mortified to serve this cake to guests. As soon as I opened the box, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of effort in decorating. The cake was poorly decorated and had small, inedible flakes sprinkled on top that seemed unnecessary. While the presentation was disappointing, I held onto hope that it might taste better than it looked. Unfortunately, the moment I cut into it, I realized there was an issue. The cake tasted awful and clearly was not made fresh. A few others tried a small piece and even questioned where it was from. This experience was both disheartening and embarrassing. Sorry, but we would never recommend this place to anyone."

"I'm a regular at this bakery and I'm surprised by the not so good reviews. I've purchased custom cakes, bakery items, chicken and waffles and enjoyed. The customer service was also welcoming. The bakery recently celebrated their first year anniversary, I highly recommend this bakery. If you're in the area check it out and judge for yourself. ❤️🍰"

I walked two blocks and gave it elsewhere. She has absolutely no customer service skills and will be the downfall of this business!"
