"My first time in a Waffle House. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. My wife had breakfast and me, lunch. The food was really good. The atmosphere was casual and the customer service was great. Deztiny attended to us. She was excellent at her job. She was friendly, polite and made us settle in comfortably. In all, it was a good experience."

"They work hard there. So tip accordingly. Our food was hot and made to order . The bacon was EXCELLENT! I was there with four friends all our foor was great! Show up ready to eat you won't be dissapointed."

"Omg my son cut into his waffle and there was a green hair bead in it. I have 3 boys and we do not have any beads in our house so nothing fell out of his hair. This is disgusting!!! When I tried calling the restaurant it just said place orders online. Needless to say the Waffle House in Dover on 13 will never get our business again. Thank God he looked down or he could have swallowed it."

"You should never have high expectations when it comes to Waffle House, I never do, but this spot was so sub-par that I had to make a review. We sat down at a dirty counter spot, had to get our own menus, and we weren't even acknowledged for 10 mins. When we were actually acknowledged, the server just said they would be with us shortly. After being in there for 30 min, we didn't even have our drink orders taken, and we decided to leave. While we were there, we noticed dine in and take out customers having items missing from the orders and waiting forever to be checked out..."

"I want to take the time out to say thank you Shea who waiting on me was tremendous and wonderful. Her customer service skills was 100% I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Initially I made an order at Smryna Waffle house, when I went there and check my phone I made my order 30 min away which was at the Camden location. The customer service at Smryna Waffle house location was very horrible they didn't even attempt to make my food instead they turn me around and said my order is 30min away. I was so upset. Once I got to Camden Waffle house everyone was so nice. Thank you Shea, Ilka and the rest of the team members I really appreciate your kindness. Thank you for making my day."
