A great go to spot for a healthy meal replacement. Highly recommend. I’ll be back to try other flavors. They’ll even give you a FREE smoothie, protein ice coffee or herbal tea on your first visit."

"I tried the banana cheesecake caramel shake and omg 🤤🤤 there were so many flavors it was hard to just pick one to try. I didnt know this but your first shake is FREE!! The shakes are primarily used as a meal replacement and are all under 200cals, 17g of protein with no sugar, gluten free and nearly dairy free! (.05% dairy) Theres also a bunch of teas and coffees I cant wait to try 🤤 The owner is a sweetheart"

"Terrible experience with new ownership. I always support local businesses and refuse to ever set foot into her business ever again. The new owner is rude, not welcoming and argumentative! To make it worse, the shake was terrible and not even filled to the top. All I could taste is way too much lemon flavoring that I couldn’t finish my shake. The prices are outrageous for lackluster service and subpar shakes that aren’t made correctly. I will NEVER be back! I highly doubt the new owner will find success in Middletown since she argues with customers on her first day in business. Her establishment was dead and now I know why! Do yourself a favor. Make your own protein shake at home!"
