"I dont like leaving negative reviews but I've had way to many bad expired food here. Please note the front staff is wonderful. Always kind and helpful. During the summer I purchased a pack of beef patties to grill and when I opened the pack it smelled like death. Went back to exchange it for another samething occurred. Just yesterday I did an order for pick up and when I opened the Primo pan turkey it smelled like death and I could tell that was a freshly opened pack they prepared it from because it started with the end peaces. I smelled the funk in my car and wondered if id hit anything. How could you serve something so horrible to a customer. Im sure the smell hit your face when you were cutting it. It hurts to think that people just dont care anymore. Management needs to do a better job."

"Stocked and clean HOWEVER if you need help finding something - DON’T(they avoid serving customers like the plague). My husband and toddler went to look for a specific item in their grocery aisle and every time we tried to ask someone for help they either ignored us or actually BRISKLY walked away from us and avoided having to talk to anyone. Assuming the guy in the POLO is a manager, he was NOT leading by example either and also avoided us at all costs. They used to be very kind and helpful a few years back, so hopefully this review helps them reset back to standards!"

"My mother in law had the hardest time picking up her order and they made it considerably difficult. I am unable to find the contact us on the website but upon asking her further details discovered it wasnt just a miscommunication it was pure laziness. She ordered for pickup on October 5th for pickup on October 6th.The young gentlemen she said that worked between 5-8pm was the one that told her it wasnt ready and she was still unable to pick her order up on the 7th bc she got the notice that it wasnt going to be ready on time and she couldnt wait bc her time is important also,and at that point she had to place another order that she couldn't pick up until the 8th."

"I've ordered delivery through the website three times now, but *each time* something I ordered has been missing. I don't understand why it's so difficult to gather all the items I purchased together. Why are there always items missing? Don't your employees know how to count?"
