"The employees are really great but unfortunately the food isn't. We started ordering bagels only but even they aren't that good anymore. Here's a pic of a salt bagel that we ordered to go. Doesn't even resemble a bagel, was stale and hard as a rock. Plus what's the deal with the trans flag? We definitely won't be back."

"Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere? Not even close! My friends and I were outraged last week when an elderly gentleman with severe mobility issues put his order in and then wasn't allowed to sit because the chairs had been placed on top of the tables. If they didn’t want any more customers to sit, then why not tell the man before he ordered? There were still plenty of customers there, so allowing a disabled senior citizen to sit with his coffee for a few minutes wouldn't have hurt them. We would NEVER patronize a place like that again. They can keep their mediocre bagels and coffee, too! The Original Hot Bagel Shop on East Chestnut Hill Road has the best bagels in town and staff who respect their customers."

"The bagels are a little small. The cinnamon raisins had little to no raisins. My hot sandwich had literally 1 piece of bacon on each side and eggs were microwaved eggs. Strawberry cream cheese is just chopped up strawberries on top of the cream cheese. Service was good and store was clean."
