"I ordered delivery from them before and it was delicious and there was great portion sizes. Tonight it was like they dropped the ball I don’t understand what happened. I got takeout I ordered with my dad and then went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper. I told the worker who then went into the bathroom or the back room then came back to the register and didn’t stock toilet paper. We wait about 20 minutes and get our food and I thought that was the end of it but no. I get home and we got the wrong order. They had the opposite labeling and mine had mayo and ketchup which i didn’t order. Really disappointed. They also don’t answer the phone… edited because I forgot the photo"

"Stopped by Balboa Steaks in Newark and was immediately greeted by a friendly young man at the counter—possibly the owner. That kind of warm welcome makes a great first impression. I ordered the sandwich called The Balboa, and it did not disappoint. Flavorful, hearty, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and craving a great cheesesteak!!"
