"I thought the Young lady working the Door this morning was Incredibly Friendly, she provided fast, friendly customer service that’s a nice surprise to find when you visit the beach, she even let me try a small sample of the Taro to see if I Liked it (which I Really did and may get that Next Time!!!!) the Popping Strawberry Drink is Incredible and Worth Every Penny!!!! Happy Customer!!!! Thanks for the Great Experience!!!!"

"I had to give one star, but if I could give negative stars I would. We purchased 2 over priced kids ice pops, $7 a piece, when handed the ice pops they were both very melted. The employee was quite short and dismissive with her response when told about the issue. As she went to search through the ice pops for once that were not melted, we simply asked for a refund on the pops. She said she could not do that and proceeded to hand us replacement pops that were also melted. Said employee refused to give contact information for someone we could talk to about simply receiving a refund. The second employee came to assist and was much more helpful we settled on a second coffee for lesser value then the 2 pops totaled together. The initial employee was then overheard calling us inappropriate names. 10/10 would not recommend this place again. Overpriced and rude."

"Had the dreamer bowl and a latte with coconut flavoring. The the staff is kind but the service is a little slow. With that being said the presentation of the bowl was flawless but i found ice chunks in the bowl which I've never had happen anywhere. The latte was ok, i just didn't feel like my experience and food was worth almost 40 bucks."

"I ordered a large strawberry bubble tea. The pearls were not cooked enough or stale. They had a hard center/core and didn’t taste good. The strawberry flavoring was a really gross syrup. This place should probably get a visit by the county food inspector asap! Someone is definitely going to get sick here (hopefully not me)🤢!"

"Ordered 2 ice coffees, 1 with milk, the other with almond milk. Waited 10 min, got 2 cups full of whole milk and a slash of coffee. Oh well. We said something. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and implied we don't know what an ice coffee is. What a joke. Also real rude service and the coffee was horrible Also 2 coffees and a small lemonade was $30. Just wanted to make sure anyone who looks the place up, sees this"
