"An absolutely lovely shop, with a fresh take not only on fashion, but having an exceptional shopping experience. Would have never expected this charming shop to be located in the outlets, much less the unique finds they would have there: clothing, accessories, gifts, and so on. Maybe even more impressive is the service: my first visit was maybe one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. It felt like I had a personal shopper there to help me with sizing, styles, and so forth. Not in any way pushy - instead just fun and relaxed. In a follow up visit, I expressed a concern with the ownership and they responded in a way I would have never expected, both in terms of urgency/respect, and in how they resolved it. "I do not like to shop at the outlets, but I visit the store often and I don’t need to shop at the outlets in order to go to the store. What I love about the store are the owners! This is family run. At least they act like family so I assume they are family. I literally receive a hug from the owner’s sister each time I walk in there. I absolutely love the clothes that are in the store and the fact that I can get something to eat or drink while I’m shopping Just makes it even better. I highly recommend this store and I absolutely love it"
