"As someone who works in the service industry, I place a strong emphasis on customer service. What started as an opportunity for growth ended up being a five-star experience! Last week, I finally tried the Impossible Cheesesteak from the Concord Pike location, and it was amazing! I craved another one yesterday, so I ordered an Impossible Cheesesteak from the Union Street location. However, it was slightly overcooked. Since the Impossible meat doesn't need to be cooked for too long, I thought that was an easy fix. Today, I called back to provide that feedback and to give it another try. Not only was the young lady who answered the phone very apologetic and understanding, but she also said, "I never want you to have a bad experience, and I will comp that for you." I was ready to pay for it again because I didn’t call just to get a free meal; I simply wanted it to be right since that location is closest to my work. Today, I can definitely say they got it right! I know for sure I will be returning to this location for my Impossible Cheesesteak. Everyone was super friendly and responsive."

"Listen I love the customer service it’s awesome, but unfortunately like 3 times this year have we found hair in our food. I strongly believe anyone working in food should wear a hair net for this reason. We had a mix up with our subs yesterday and we got two free ones on the house. My husband went to eat his free sub (the one that they sent that wasn’t our order) and he found black straight hair in his food. Again I understand stuff happens but this has been happening more than once and it just makes me nauseous from wanting to eat from here."
