"Worst ShopRite EVER. store full of customers with 3 registers open. There’s about 12 self checkout registers but they only have 3 or less of them functioning at once. Nothing about this location is convenient. It’s almost like they want to keep us in the store as long as possible. Always a frustrating experience, never convenient. I always leave more annoyed than satisfied."

"The store itself was basically okay. ShopRite basically does have great prices. The downside of visiting this location directly in front of the store in the fire lane or on the sidewalk. When you're trying to get into the parking lot and into another aisle of the parking lot you can't turn because everybody's parked in front of you so there's not enough room for cars to go by and others turn at the same time. Not only is it quite an inconvenience but it's also a safety hazard."

"I called in my order at 5:30. The person said my fish will be ready in 15 minutes. I got there about 550 did a little bit of shopping walk to the seafood area about 6 o’clock. They said one moment about 615. The person looked at me and asked me what am I waiting for? I said my fish told them my name they never even dropped my fish. Now in their defense. They were overwhelmed and they did have many customers. I proceeded to walk to customer service to get a manager the Manager Wednesday night name is Ashley. She never came to check on the situation. She never even sent the young man help in the seafood section as people continue to place their order and having to wait she said she will give me a discount for my way. it will be ready soon so I continue to wait by the time I got my food it was now 634. I waited a whole hour just for the manager Ashley the only give me 10% off my fish it once again she never came out to address me. She was speaking through walkie-talkie to another employee. I assume the employee seen the frustration and anger on my face when I heard only 10% and she made it right. Long story short the manager Ashley needs to be replaced or go back for training on customer service a real leader would stop what they doing to help their employees/ team."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited from New Jersey after growing up in the area and decided to stop here before heading to a funeral. The moment I walked in, I was shocked by how awful the outside of the store looked—trash scattered everywhere, construction material scattered , and an overall disgusting appearance. After a long drive, I just needed to buy some cookies and use the restroom. I noticed the stall was marked “out of order,” but figured it wouldn’t be a big deal since I only needed to pee. I could not have been more wrong. Whatever happened in that bathroom is beyond disgusting and honestly a major health hazard. The stench hit me so hard I started gagging and nearly threw up. This is absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom is extremely unsanitary, with urine all over the place and a smell so strong it made me physically ill. The stall has to be covered in feces and smells like it’s been that way for quite sometime. This bathroom should be immediately closed and deep cleaned before anyone else is allowed in."

"My experience at this ShopRite was good. This location is huge much bigger then the one I usually shop at. They have a good selection of meats, dairy, produce and seafood. The store is clean and they also have an area with snacks and drinks. My only complaint is they only have self checkouts no cashiers. And more than half of the self checkouts were down which means they are very short staffed and don’t have people to staff the self checkouts."
