I have physical therapy appointments in altamonte but always make sure to stop by foxtail with my wife. Been looking for him but my window buddy erin isn’t around anymore, but truly every single person on staff is amazing. Everyone’s kind, consistent, and makes the place feel welcoming every time I pull up. Hands down, the best cafe in town."

"First time I came here, William served me and he was excellent. Coffee was hot and the sandwiches were decent both times. The second time I had Taylor, she seemed annoyed and her customer service is off. I paid in cash and left the change as a tip and instead of putting it in the tip jar, she stuffed it in the register, sus. I was the only one in there and sat briefly outside. I felt my order was taking some time and I came to find my order just left the counter unattended. There were three staffers. The best part was the drive-thru attendant just stood there staring at me. Weird experience and start to my day."

"Don’t expect the taste of a New York Bagel, not all bagels are made the same! It was a disappointment for the meal. On the plus side, the interior of the restaurant is lovely and felt peaceful on a Sunday."
