The strawberry gelato was hands-down the best you could imagine—clean, bright, perfectly balanced. No compromises. I grabbed the crunchy mango mousse, which was just as spot-on, and my wife had a latte that was exactly what a latte should be—smooth, comforting, and clearly made with care. Everything felt intentional. Thoughtful. Done right. I actually walked back in just to compliment the owner, and when I said how good it was, she smiled and replied: “It’s perfect.
